Goat

The play «Naughty goat» about how Grandfather buys Goat for a penny and brings him home, grooms and cherishes him, but does not know about his disgusting deeds. Grandfather quarreled with Babka and Granddaughter, defending the always dissatisfied Goat. Guest - Goat managed to deceive Grandfather until he himself fell into his insidious networks. The goat-dereza cannot be re-educated, however, it can only be exposed and driven out of the house in disgrace, because the malicious, impudent Goat cannot repent and ask for forgiveness.

The participants in the performance will be the heroes of the fairy tale, cheerful, mischievous buffoons performing Russian folk amusements and jokes.

The play by Mikhail Suponin is based on the Russian folk tale of the same name. Goat dereza is the personification of selfishness, which manifests itself in deception, slander, laziness and cunning. It seemed that the heroes of the fairy tale would not be able to expose its insidious tricks and evil intrigues, but, as the folk wisdom says, «no matter how much rope comes, the end will always come.»
