Mrs. Aru Project-2025

A true Mrs. is a woman who, while being a wife and raising children, has managed to remain - or strives to become - a strong individual.

For the third year in a row, Aru Project Women’s Development Centre has been running the «Mrs. Aru Project» - a programme designed to support married women in their physical, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional growth.

This year, nearly 70 candidates applied to take part in the project. After a careful selection process, 9 participants were admitted and spent 2 months receiving free training in stretching, healthy nutrition, and 10 personal development seminars. They also read the novel «Years of Joyful Love» by Äzilkhan Nūrshaikhov, and each participant worked closely with a personal mentor.

Now, at the final event, we look forward to witnessing the results of their hard work!
